Rooms are big and clean, sea view rooms have nice view. Staff were very friendly but not always efficient. Breakfast was average. Nice quiet beach in front of hotel, but mud flats when tide is out. The hotels biggest drawback is the distance from central Pattaya. There are complimentary shuttle vans, but still a 20 - 30 min trip each... more

I luckily got the a very good deal in Travel fair in the noon and immediatly used the voucher in the evening on the same day. The hotel have a fantastic pool with 2 steps and water fall, huge room with 50 sq.m. and sea view balcony, free WiFi internet in all hotel area and a variety of american breakfast... more

Experience the BEST at Bella Villa. Be it the Rooms, the swimming pool, the food. Guess what, durex is complimentary in the room ;). The Party organized by BEST WESTERN for our team was mind blowing and the Sunset is the best. Also a private beach with facilities like volleyball and beach football. more

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful but some seemed a little inexperienced at times. The rooms are modern, new, very clean, and comfortable. Lovely hotel, clean and nice room with great seaview, nice pool (great for kids, esp.) Beach was not as beautiful as Rayong, or South sea. I think it's a good value. You can either stay in and spend the peaceful night at the hotel or go out for a nightlife in Pattaya city not so far away. more

The hotel is some way out of pattaya, which to be honest I chose it for that as I was on business and did not want to be in the 'thick' of pattaya. I have to say it is a very quiet resort which suited me and there was certainly no noise. However if you are going for a holiday... more

Best Western Bella Villa Cabana was an excellent choice for us (4 adults and 1 child)to spend a lovely holiday. The hotel was really nice, new (built in 2005?) and clean.
