The rooms are very spacious especially the road facing rooms. But the service, the staff and the cleanliness is not up to the mark. The staff can hardly understand English and are not at all congenial and helping. To make a local call, one has to physically go to the reception. The rooms do not have a local phone line... more

We had a very good experience in this hotel....luckily we got upgraded to the pool side luxurious rooms which was the ultimate fun....the staff was cordial although they need to understand English a bit more....food was pretty decent and best part was the shuttle service to the city....in any case, it is located at walking distance of the happening city... more
