“Horrible place”

first of all location of the hotel is too far from all the attraction of pattaya city. Rooms are specious and room service is average. it seems that this is just a guest house. This hotel claims that this is 3 star hotel but i cant rate this hotel in this category. This is not value of money.

The Room was pretty spacious. Had a private balcony. The downside was the bathroom; I'm sure that they could have put in more effort. This view is also shared by my partner. I can't believe that this hotel gets 3stars!! It's not look like a hotel, just an old service apartment. My friend felt so bad that he chose this hotel from website. hotel in very bad location .5 mile down badly lit disused lane ,.5 mile to nearest bar ,restarant ,shops etc,rooms big but need remodernising and agood clean,breakfast very poor mainly cold eggs for my whole 6 days,the pool was the most disapointing ,its round the back of hotel in the shade does not get the sun and only for chairs... Was quite pleased with the Bella Villa Metro. The rooms were great! Very large rooms, kitchenette, very clean, nice bathroom with bathtub/shower, nice decor. Amazing breakfast that we were excited to get up for every morning (right next door at Best Western). Beautiful pool. Free wifi (although a bit unreliable).
