Stayed for 6 nights in a Deluxe room, the room was huge and had 2 super king sized beds which were always kept clean. Only went to breakfast once as there were lots of little bugs crawling over the food which immediately put us off. The pool area is lovely but unfortunately by about 1:00pm it is completely in the shade and the pool loungers are very uncomfortable - no cushions on them. Reception staff don't appear to be very happy and there is never a hello or goodbye from them. Spa area is great and they discount if you are staying there. We got charged 300 baht for getting suncream on one of the towels, they said it was damaged but hadn't even tried to wash it! Location is a bit far out of the way but OK if you jump on a tuk-tuk, there are many hotels to choose from and if I went again I would definitely stay closer to the beach. Have previously stayed in the Dusit which is a much friendlier hotel. more
