The Blue Ocean is a budget priced small hotel and is reasonably appointed with average room size and quality considering the Low cost. Hotel is a bit tatty and needs an update. Everything seemed to be extra (room safe key 2000Bt deposit, extra cup of coffee at breakfast 20Bt, friend to visit 500Bt). Compared with my stay at Club Bamboo this was a pretty miserable outfit. more
