looking for a valuable hotel in bai chai/halong bay we stumbled across the van hai. with 20$ for a room with sea view, it was (for us). unfortunately the room was moldy and the atmosphere cold. if you are lucky you can see geckos move around your bed. i get a good sleep here, but there are definitely better and cheaper ones in this city, just have a look around. more
