my family and i stayed at this hotel from 27 ~ 28 Jan 2009 (guided tour arrangement)

generally speaking, everything in the hotel was just ok but the service sucks! we noticed that the room wasn't in good condition i.e. the light wasn't functioning well. we then headed to the reception and told the front desk assistant about this. he wasn't helpful at all. just ask me go back to my room and wait for the technician to fix it. however, it was already quite late and we didn't want to wait as he couldnt promise us how long it gonna take to fix the problem. we then ask for change of room. he just give us all sorts of excuses and ignored our request. i don't mind if we can't change our room but i just couldn't stand his attitude and poor level of service.

not only that, upon check-out, the front desk assistant told us that 3 towels were missing from the room. i clearly remember that the housekeeping staff didn't replace the towel when they clean the room in the afternoon... more
