We’re 2 Aussies and 2 Poms staying at this hotel for 3 nights. Rooms are on the small side and though not luxurious were of a good standard, clean and comfortable. We actually reserved the room at Hanoi Guesthouse but when we came they did not keep our reservation and they moved us to Phoenix Hotel.
