When we arrived at the hotel, the staff greeted us in a personal way, it is indeed very at home. I applaused their hospitality and trying makeing our stay in Hanoi a memorable. Mrs. Spring, Mr. River and Ms Yen see to really put in their very best effort and advise us the do and don't. Would definitely recommend friends... more

Where can I start, after a long hard working week in Hai Duong City I decided to take a 2 days trip to Ha Long Bay and was looking for a tour company/hotel to book the trip with. After reading many posts on trip advisor and friends recommendation about the hotel, I decided to call the manager to talk about... more

Prior to arriving in Hanoi we booked five nights at the Jasmine Hotel and were extremely happy with that choice. Jasmine is in a great location in the Old Quarter and near the lake. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and all staff were most helpful. After sightseeing all day it we really appreciated being... more

My wife and I spent 10 days in Hanoi and we stayed 5 nights at this hotel. The rest of the time was spent in Sapa. We booked a double room with a balcony. We were warned it might be noisy when we did our reservation and that we have the choice to shift to a quieter room if it... more

We are a family of 4, 2 adults & 2 kids. Arrived from Sapa at 4:30am & took a taxi straight to the hotel. We were going to 2D/1N Halong Bay at 8:30am the same day. The staff on duty offer us a room to shower & relax for 2 hours + breakfast...and not charging us. Thank you very much... more

What other hotel would let you use a room (for free!!) prior to catching the 9pm train to Sapa and then let you use another room for a shower and rest upon your return at 5AM 4 days later? And we hadn't even booked our trip to Sapa through The Jasmine. Staff could not be more helpful and never, ever... more

We stayed here recently and found it a fine base for Hanoi. The rooms are not 5 star or anything but they are comfortable and have all you need. For the price I think this place is good value. I'm sure there are many places similar in Hanoi. What was good though was that the staff here did go out... more

The hotel is on a lively street about 4 mins walk from Northern end of Hoan Kiem Lake, a family run business, so all the staff are dedicated and keen to make your stay comfortable. The advice we were given about what to do and where to go was excellent. We arranged an individual city tour with guide and taxi... more

Very conveniently located, minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi Old Quarter. Most importantly very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Never fail to put on a smile every time. They will always do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Good western and Vietnamese breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms, good internet access. more
