We are a family of 4, 2 adults & 2 kids. Arrived from Sapa at 4:30am & took a taxi straight to the hotel. We were going to 2D/1N Halong Bay at 8:30am the same day. The staff on duty offer us a room to shower & relax for 2 hours + breakfast...and not charging us. Thank you very much... more

What other hotel would let you use a room (for free!!) prior to catching the 9pm train to Sapa and then let you use another room for a shower and rest upon your return at 5AM 4 days later? We stayed here recently and found it a fine base for Hanoi. The rooms are not 5 star or anything but they are comfortable and have all you need. For the price I think this place is good value. Very conveniently located, minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, and Hanoi Old Quarter. Most importantly very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Never fail to put on a smile every time.
