This Hotel is in a great spot. It is in easy walking distance of the French & Old Quarter. Friendly greetings( plenty of smiles) by all the staff from those on the front door (the game is to try & open it before they do!) to the cleaning staff. When small things went wrong (the toilet lever broke, we went... more

Great hotel in great location! This Boutique style hotel was a great find. I booked it for my first few nights in Hanoi and it was marvelouss, the room was fantastic so calming and clean . Complimentary drinking water every day was a nice touch. The staff were so helpful and even though I left my room safe open whilst... more

I spent 4 nights here and would return any time. Agree that rooms are on small side, but impeccably decorated, well-equipped, bath fully stocked. Check in & out handled very efficiently, but did have to wait 10 minutes for bags and was running late for airport. Day staff and senior staff are superb, helpful and highly trained. Junior and night... more

Whllst the hotel does not have the facilitites of large chain hotels, pool gymn multiple restaurants etc it has everything else. Those staying here will love the location as you exit the lobby you enter real Hanoi smack in the middle of the old quarter, crossing roads in old Hanoi is an experience not to be missed. We stayed for... more

Stayed just one night at Maison D'Hanoi. The positives: Comfortable beds, location in the heart of old town, great decor, and most of all- outstanding staff. Friendly, helpful, and "go above and beyond" seemed to be their mindset. One example- I had to leave before 6am to catch a flight and they packed me a breakfast to take along for... more

We were in a "windowless" room which beforehand we were a bit dubious about, however, turned out to have glass bricks the size of a window in the room & bathroom which allowed in lots of natural light. Hotel is quite new, very clean, freindly staff, good breakfasts in a good spot close to lake, nice shops & cafes, ANZ... more

Arrived in Hanoi without a booking after a Halong Bay trip. Wanted somewhere near Ho Kiem Lake, so wandered around the streets until we stumbled upon this place. The receptionist produced a "special offer" room rate package for 3 nights, but a bit of haggling managed to shave some more off that. The Hotel appears recently built/renovated, so everything is... more

We stayed at the Maison for 3 nights. The rooms are beautiful, with lots of aesthetic details and great Khmer style design. There are a few significant drawbacks. The rooms are quite small. They feel a bit tight. The biggest issue we had was our shower- almost no water pressure, which is a pet peeve of mine when I travel.... more

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Maison d'Hanoi. All the furnishings were contemporary and elegant. Super Clean and quiet. Ideal location in the Old Quarter, we were able to walk to all the main sites and restaurants. The Spa was peaceful, inexpensive and the masseuse were very skilled. Breakfast was plenty and delicious ! All the staff were friendly and... more

We stayed at Maison d'Hanoi for 2-3 days. The decor is impeccable and tasteful. The rooms were on the small side and a little dim, but very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and plenty. The best thing is the hotel is very quiet and rooms are very private. We also stayed at Hanoi Elegance 4 and must say... more
