Having said that our stay was OK and staff very friendly, we didn't check out. Bad points were the room itself very shabby and desperately needs an update and a lick of paint, badly cracked shower tray in bathroom and not very clean, shelf in bedroom hanging off the wall. The young staff is friendly but the previous TripAdvisor reviews that led me to select the Hanoi Boutique were completely misleading in my opinion. I stayed for three nights in November 2009. My $25/night room on the street side was noisy. Ants under the bathroom sink loved the Coca Cola I poured down the drain and quickly swarmed the basin.... more

This hotel was in a very good spot near the night markets. The staff were very helpful, especially Khung at reception and the rooms were very clean and had a great shower. I would stay here again if i returned to Hanoi. more

Stayed here for 11 nights ,Miss moon was very helpful to arrange our booking ,.taxi transfer from the airport ,,suggesting excursions. All the staff were friendly nothing was to much trouble.
