Made a short weekend trip up to the capital of Vietnam, and this is probably the best choice we made. Location is very central, within the old quarters of Hoan Kiem area. Rooms are a little dated, but still is a charm to live in. Some noise from the streets are a nuisance but otherwise a good stay. Recommended!
