I stayed at the Art Boutique hotel in April 2013 with my wife and two teenage kids. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We also use their car service which was reasonably priced and very convenient. I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I go back to Hanoi.

We stayed here on two occasions and were never dissapointed. The staff are amazing and so helpful. The service was on par with any 5 star hotel in North America. The rooms were comfortable and spotless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable (hassle free) stay in Hanoi.
