I really recommendate this place in hanoi.... they had everything what we needed during our holiday with my girlfriend - place was cheap, clean & it have a great locatian :) Also staff were very helpful, thank u guys about great time in Hanoi :)

The hotel's location is excellent. It is near restaurants,museums,shopping area and the lake. The staff should know simple English so that it is easier to communicate with the guests especially the staff in charge of breakfast. The receptionists are very friendly and we can communicate with them easily. If given a choice to come back, we would gladly like to stay in that hotel again when we're in Vietnam.

Very clean comfortable stay. Free wifi, air condition was great and the computer was helpful too. There is ANZ ATM Machine next to the hotel.
