Stayed in the new wing. the hotel is charming & retains the old french colonial look/atmosphere. Close to the near by lake, water puppet show & the old quarter. Lots to see in the old quarter--within easy wakling distance. Many restaurants nearby. A big advantage is to be able to use US dollars--no need to exchange into Dongs. More

Hard to add much beyond what everyone else has written. We stayed there twice over the course of a trip throughout the region, and both stays were wonderful. Would recommend getting a room in the old wing, the new wing is nice but less charm. Was a great experience. Club bar has a really nice old world vibe. More
