Great hotel, we stayed in the old wing. Service is impeccable, really good gym and pool, and great location in Hanoi. Plus: breakfast at main dining room (le Beaulieu). I can not say enough good things about this hotel including airport pick up with the hotel BMW, speedy check in, great room, laundry service, concierge services for small and large requests to location.
