A lot of scooters in Hanoi Old Quarter, it’s really busy & noisy. Hong Ngoc 1 is situated on a less traffic, back, small Street so it’s a good haven for bustle escape. This hotel has all you would want if you want to live in the old quarter in Hanoi. Situated very close to the lake and the water puppet theatre the lively streets of Hanoi are just outside the doors of this hotel.
