I found it very quiet in the hotel as I was in the annex so it wasn't great for meeting people, but good central location. Staff were there if you needed them but left you to it. The rooms were impeccably clean and very big. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My wife and I enjoyed a lot our stay at Especen hotel. The rooms are just as advertised, spacious, bright, calm and clean. The staff (we mostly interacted with Anh) was very friendly and helpful. Overall, highly recommended budget hotel, perfect for a couple.
