I've stayed in many hotels in Hanoi before know Especen hotel. It's really great value for a clean, quiet, nice, large room with window. At other hotels, you may have to pay +30% or more to the same quality room. Some rooms at 1st floor is not really quiet but you can't found any better with such very cheap. more
