Super hotel, with great service located in the heart of the old quarter. Everything within walking distance. Good breakfast. We stayed here in late June 2009 - two adults and two children. The manager Mr. Binh helped us not only with the hotel reservations but also helped us book our domestic flights and the Halong Bay cruise. We were in Hanoi for 8 days and went on to Sappa and Halong Bay trips arranged by the Elegance II staff. We used the Hotel as our home base. The staff was exceptionally helpfull, the rooms (2) were great. Breakfast was really great .- Noodle soup and/or eggs and bread. Really good Vietnamese coffee with fresh fruit. The hotel staff were truely excellent. Great English and attentive service. I found the hotel clean, bedrooms well equipped and functional and location convenient. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble. Great Value For Money ! more
