Hotel with very good location. Cosy rooms with television & internet Food are excellent. Exceptional staff, nice, friendly and very very helpfull. Arranged wonderfull trips to Sa Pa & Halong Bay and everything was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay (almost 2 weeks) in Pacific Hotel We warmly recomend this hotel for other travellers more

Great buffet breakfast included in the room rate, Excellent location, can walk to train station in about 5mins . The Staff were very friendly and helped us to arrange tours even at the last minute. Overall, good value for your money...! more

Very close to Hanoi Train station and some of restaurants. Free internet access in the hotel. rooms are not big but clean and breakfast very good. staffs were very friendly and helpful. more
