The hotel is off a pretty busy street and the across from a major construction site (in May 2009). We were upgraded to a suite which was nice, but the rooms faced the street and there was a little noise from the work site. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast area sufficient. This hotel has a great location close to the major streets and harbour. The street the hotel is located on is very quiet at night. The hotel is new so everything is very clean.
