Have to boring and add up same points than other travellers: safe, quiet, clean and most of all very wellcoming and friendly. Breakfast was nice and simple, varies day by day. Private single room was really worth of money.

What a little gem. Can't fault the location or the staff. Mrs Long is such a great host...bananas and green tea on arrival as well as yummy breakfasts each morning (although choice is a bit limited they were still yummy!) stayed here for 2 nights,great little find,2 mins from bus station and local market,5 mins to bars etc,rooms were clean, big and airy,we had a balcony,mrs long was lovely,helpful,and didnt push tours onto us,breakfast was good,we arranged to cross the border on the mekong and mrs long sorted it out for us,,it cost $35 but was worth every penny,nice place,recomended
