I was slightly disappointed in this hotel but the rooms could not be complained about. They were modern with clean rooms and bathrooms, flat screen tv with many channels, comfortable king bed and pillows. The downside, room service food was terrible, no pool which we didn't realise - yes we were in the city but still disappointing. The breakfast was... More

Had stayed in this hotel earlier too. But saw some positive changes and therefore thought of sharing. Reception and Staff: As usual, very friendly and supportive. Entrance: you need to climb 20 odd steps to reach the lobby. Not for people with knee problems. Restaurant: the restaurant is good but the food is not that tasty. Rooms are quite good... More

What a breath of fresh air. After a day of touring, sightseeing and shopping, it was nice to be a street or 2 back from the hustle and bustle, but know that it is all at your fingertips. It was close enough to slip back to order the wonderful Paradise Punch (non-alcoholic ) and relax for a short while to... More

This is a good clean hotel in a central location. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The ground floor bar makes an excellent cappuccino which is great taken on the balcony overlooking the street. The room has a firm mattress and soft fluffy pillows and doona - perfect. The only problem for some people would be the number of... More

Dear JJ1212, I am happy to learn that you gave a positive comment on the hotel and our staff. Regarding the number of the stairs to the main entrance - yes, we are working with architect to design and install a hand rail for the convenience of all and especially the elderly people. We hope this to be done before... More

Stayed in the city for 3 nights and would recommend this hotel. We booked the new wing deluxe room which was very good. Clean, spacious and had good air con. The only thing we had to get used to was the bathroom had glass windows into the room with blinds but was fine. Breakfast was fantastic, but be careful on... More
