For $25 a night with simple breakfast and very happy chanh, the room was fine and very clean, only down side is the bloody stairs we were on the top floor and the jet lag didn't help, but that a side it's a good choice and very safe. Plenty of restaurants and bars around the area.

Second time we stayed here. Breakfast is nice and rooms very clean. Good location and would recommend airport taxi service . Only issue was no hot water for the 2 days we stayed. If you can't manage stairs this isn't the place for you!
