We stayed at Ideal hotel Hue for 3 days. We had a lovely room on 7th floor with balcony and its own little garden. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The hotel was situated close to everything with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all very friendly. Would stay there again

Very nice hotel where I had a spacious room with a nice balcony (including plants and small pond). Breakfast was good: nice choice of both Vietnamese and Western food and the staff was very helpfull. Since I arrived a bit sick, Trinh and Hoa arranged all I needed!

Ideal location, Ideal hotel.. the only issue that myself and my travelling buddies had was that we could only stay for one night as it was fully booked. Friendly staff, big rooms and a rooftop swimming pool, excellent nights stay and cheap.

Really helpful friendly responsive staff. When I checked in and asked if I could change rooms due to a mouldy smell I was immediately upgraded to a better room with a computer.
