The rooms are large and clean and the beds are comfortable. The balcony is nice, and the location is not bad. However, the service is lacking. Despite advertising room service on their website, they do not offer room service. There is also no safe supplied in the room. The bathroom is outdated. I wouldn't stay here again

We bargained a discount for a junior suite at 30 dollars/night. Probably we could have bargained more. This was nice place to stay while we were in Hue. Although the matress was the worst of all the hotels we stayed at... The room was very clean, modern and well taken care of with unlimited hot water in the shower.
