The location of the hotel is very good,price does not include breakfast but you can walk down 150m to get a sandwich for 15-20k vnd. Beach is approx 100m away, rooms are clean and acceptable for this price. Staff is above average, but not outstanding. We spent 4 nights here on the 4th floor.

Stayed here 1 week. had no problem with staff. room was clean. beds were fine. the lady at reception can arrage visa also, we got her to get us a 1 month visa extension. she was as cheap as any1 in town(after asking 10-12 places) what else do you need ! 20 meters to the main beach too.
