Great 4 star hotel with everything on offer. 10th floor room excellent with views of Nha Trang that can not be beaten. Service from housekeeping excellent (Loan looked after all our needs). 2 x swimming pools and also free sun lounges on the beach across the road. Despite a lot of negative reviews out there, I personally had a positive experience with the hotel and feel that it is rather misrepresented on this site.
