The Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel, is located at the top of an office building, so when you actually enter the building there is no immediate recognition that this is an hotel. However there are separate lifts to the hotel floors, and registration is on the top floor. Rooms are large and spacious, even though a little tired. The view from... more

Room size excellent - all rooms have seperate living/sleeping areas. Started at the back of the building but room quite dark and view pretty depressing. Moved to the front - view of the Caspain much better but price increase of around 50Euros. Stayed at the Radissonsas for three nights. Its a small hotel located at the three tops floor of a 17 storey building in the very central parts of Baku.
