Park Inn is located right across from the Boulevard, the walkway that runs along the Caspian Sea, and within walking distance to the "old city" of Baku. This is a really nice hotel with a "boutique" feel to it. They've tried really hard to make the rooms special and modern. Although a bit small, it's all you really need for a business trip. Hotel has no personality. An OK Breakfast but it is the same everyday. Air-conditioning is not effective, and it is only April. Fitness room has no TV. Generally uninspiring and there is an expensive additional charge for the Internet. more

Stayed at this hotel 3 nights. The hotel is new and clean. Try to get a room facing the sea, the other option is construction site. Anyway, construction sites are all around but the sea view is nicer. The sea is just a 100m away. There is no beach but you can jog along the sea. Just be careful crossing... more

The Park Inn has a great location on the edge of the Caspian Sea in the heart of Baku. A short walk takes you to the old town and the main shopping and restaurant areas. Brand new hotel, opened in early 2006. Modern and tasteful decorations, friendly staff. Rooms are okay, the normal Park Inn standard, functional, not luxurious.
