The Sultan Inn is a beautiful, tiny boutique hotel smack in the middle of Old Baku. The room is beautifully appointed, as they say. Has a luxurious feel with dark woods and leather. We booked our stay at what appears to be one of the best hotels in the area for our anniversary My wife turns up to check in to find they have cancelled our booking as they had a group booking and not enough rooms Unbelievable, insulting and unimpressed more

A lovely boutique hotel with very luxurious rooms, right in the middle of the old city. Very convenient location but still tucked away just enough. Nice roof top restaurant with a great view of the old city and Caspian. The service is excellent and very polite. more
