My mother and I stayed 6 nights at this excellent hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There were 4 restaurants and the one just off the lobby allowed us to bring our own wine. The pool area was delightful especially when they hosted a children's birthday party in the afternoon. There were very few guests staying there at the time. The complimentary shuttle took us to the local shopping malls and collected us. We used the local buses which were very cheap and great fun. we enjoyed having our copy of the Brunei Bulletin which was very informative. We would definitely stay there again. more
