Went to Brunei on the 15th, transport from the hotel fetch us from the airport in two vehicle back to the hotel. Transport charge was a bit steep, but which was pre arranged. My mom and I shared a Deluxe room with 2 single beds. The room is surprisingly larger than that offered by other 5-stars hotels. The room facilities are standard as those in other hotels. Despite the hotel being full due to a large exhibition in Brunei that week we were looked after really well by the staff. Organised pickup from airport in air con mini bus. all staff very friendly and helpfull. we got a free upgrade to premiere suit which was awesome with complementy high tea evry night.
