Overall I think this is a good place to stay, it's not near the main tourist areas so you really get a feel for Phnom Penh fast. I felt very much at ease in Changiville. It was a very unhurried place where locals wander in for coffee or light meals in the cafe on the ground floor. Dara and Ismeal were lovely hosts. I will definitely stay there again if I were to go to Phnom Penh again!! =D more

We stayed at ChangiVille for 2 nights. The rooms were very clean - infact the whole building was extremely clean. We were greated at the entrance by Ismael and the chef (can't remember his name unfortunately) who throughout our stay couldn't do more for us. Didn't know what to expect from a boutique hotel. It ws the first time i have ever stayed in a boutique hotel and i must say that i was pleasantly surprised.
