I have stayed in many hotels in Phnom Penh and Nagaworld is by far my favorite. The rooms are big and new. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The in-room (wired) internet is free and fast. The walk-in showers are huge and gush hot water. The rooms have big flat-screen TVs with a lot of channels. The staff is great.

The only downside is that location is merely good, not great. There isn't much within walking distance; but Phnom Penh is to hot to walk in anyway, and you are only a 5 minute tuk tuk tide to the riverside or to the BKK1 expat area.

It's the perfect hotel for a single traveler or a trendy couple. The facility is, however, primarily a casino operation that fills its rooms with junkets of Asian male gamblers. My guess is that the staff would not be very adept at handling demands of families or providing a lot of tourist infomation to Western tourists. Very few Westerners stay there.
