My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights in Janurary 2012. $12 for a room with aircon. The wifi was decent, bed was comfy, however the bathroom was nothing amazing. Not much more to say. We stayed in the 12$ windowless room. Clean, comfortable and helpful staff. You step outside on the riverfront.
