Its charging 25 usd for a night, no breakfast and no real service. Its falling apart slowly. Doors dont close properly and door to outside balcolny would not close at all. No soap, shampoo or anything else to use in the bathroom. In general, I would pass on this. Staff, as friendly as you can get.

The guesthouse is located just 50 metres from the river front in the heart of the tourist precinct. $25 for an extra large queen sized room with balcony overlooking the street, free wi fi, ensuite bathroom, cable tv, fridge, ac, seems very reasonable in a capital city during high season. The door to the balcony had the lock replaced 2... More

I find it amazing to think dudes like informatio think they have the god given right to write reviews like the one posted! What is he on?! We stayed at the hotel and thought it fine, the staff very friendly, the room comfortable and the location cool. Unfortunately i didn't meet any of his 'shady individuals', i am sure they... More

Shabby is word that springs to mind when reviewing this establishment. The rooms are dank and sepulchral like thanks to the lack of natural light. The building is in a state of neglect and gentle decay too, in dire need of some serious maintenance work. I didn't eat at the downstairs restaurant so I couldn't pass comment on that but... More

We came across cest wat (Kampong) by accident and were pleasantly surprised. Our room was clean with good utilities, hot water, air con etc and good linen, we ended up staying for 4 nights. The owners/staff are new, very friendly and went out of their way to help with any request, including organising tours and a bus to Seim Reap.... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on arriving in phnom penh. Rooms were comfortable with good a/c. No problems with cleanliness and rooms were cleaned after 2nd night which was fine. Had an issue with a pipe coming off the toilet and nearly flooding the room but we told staff and it was fixed quickly. Staff were very friendly and helpful... More

The location of this guesthouse is excellent - really central. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had no external window so was dark and the stairwell that led up to it was a bit dingy and very noisy. I also saw a mouse crossing the hall one morning. All that said, the room was clean and adequate. The shower was... More

The location is ideal for the waterfront area. I only stayed here for one night, which is probably the right amount of time to stay here. The room had no external window and was vented by an industrial extractor fan which is unable to be turned off, so is quite noisy. The room was basic and appeared to be an... More

This is a comparatively new addition to the Phnom Penh scene and is mainly a restaurant, with a few rooms to rent. We stayed in the balcony or family room and had no complaints, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning, cable and wi fi all worked. The owners and staff are friendly and very helpful. It is conveniently situated for the... More

They have three rooms, two of which are window-less and small, the third room has its own balcony and is very noisy. There are plenty of hotels nearby that are cleaner for the same price. Pros: * Cheap * Centrally located * Friendly staff Cons: * Rooms were unclean (our bathroom was not cleaned and towels were dirty) * Room... More

I would like to response to the review. Firlstly I would like to say that as all reviews are appreciated both negative and positive. As a new property it helps us improve or change our property for the advantage of our customers. To answer the cons mentioned on the website. - Our initial cleaner came hghly recommended, which was unfortunately... More
