I am going to keep this review short and sweet. Do NOT stay at the Juliana: It is dusty, old, run down, unfriendly staff, bad location, over priced, bad lighting, bad ventilation, uncomfortable beds, and poor facilities. Avoid - there are so much nicer places to stay in Phnom Penh. more
