We had a wonderful stay and we recommend the Tai Seng Hotel (known as World Star Hotel) because they have helpful staff and Tuk-Tuks outside the door.
We hired a Tuk for a day to get around the city incl killing fields for only $ 20. They also have bustickets for sale to Siem Reap, cost about $ 4 - 10 for one person. The Hotel has no elevator but not a big problem. We had a good night sleep at 5th floor.
