Stayed here for 2 nights - advance booking is highly recommended. Accomodations in PNH could get expensive. The pavilion is centrally located and is a great value. Room and bathroom was clean. Remote for tv didn't work- that's ok, we weren't there to watch tv! Shower door didn't really close but at least there was nice consistant flow of hot... more

The Pavilion is a beautiful hotel and proved to be a great location for exploring Phnom Penh. As most reviewers have already noted, it's an oasis in a rather hot and hectic town. I opted for a room with a private pool (Room 11) and it was fantastic. If you travel with a significant other, you might have a lot... more

We booked this place on the strength of Trip Advisor. I was apprehensive but needn't have worried. It's a great little boutique hotel, that doesn't over promise, but delivers on what it does. We had a large room with a big balcony overlooking the pool and garden - truly exotic. The room was basic, but more than adequate. Only minor... more

We booked The Pavilion because of all the excellent reviews they are all dead on ( including the reception staff ) This is a beautiful hotel with its lush gardens ,couch beds around the pool a little oasis .Our room was great except it wasn't what I had booked ( principle ) and reception preferred to try to say it... more

We parked at the Pavilion in Phnom Penh for one night as a stopping off point between Siem Reap and Bangkok. We picked the place on the strength of the reviews on TripAdvisor and the Pavilion did not disappoint. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were simple, but spotlessly clean. The pool was nice and the gardens were... more

The Pavilion is an experience to remember. Staying here is like a visit to an old French Indochina estate of times long past. You'll find lush gardens, comfortable private rooms w/pools, tasteful decorations, and privacy. I especially liked the private pool room -- it was a treat. Functionally, the staff was friendly, breakfast was good (but limited), and the internet... more

This hotel wasn't as fancy inside as I first anticipated, but when you enter the gates of the walled hotel, you see the reason why it's expensive. The outdoor pool is excellent and very refreshing during the crazy high temperatures we experienced! There are also a number of nice loungers and seats around the pool. The outdoor bar is cool... more

Rates. All other hotels in the Royal Palace area have used all their land to build more rooms. We dedicated 70% of our space to garden and pools. One can get a garden bungalow at 40 USD or a private pool room at 85 USD. That includes all taxes, internet and breakfast, 85m from the Royal Palace. Is that really...

Stayed here for two nights on our way to Siem Reap. Hotel is an oasis in lush green gardens, an old french colonial building. Rooms are fine and clean but four poster bed slightly oversized for room, otherwise very clean and secure. Hotel has great clean pool for cooling off on those hot days with poolside bar. Staff here are... more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pavilion. Phnom Penh is a rather mad city and it was bliss returning to such a quiet haven. We were very pleased with our room, which was clean and spacious and we loved hanging out at the pool after a day in the bustling city. more

My friend and I stayed at the Pavillion twice over a couple of weeks, and I at least found it to be as previously described; comfortable, easy and an oasis in the middle of what can be a hot, dusty city. It is ideally positioned and while we stayed, very quiet; the pool was seldom occupied by more than three... more
