The first problem I found was lack of lift. I was in the last floor (3rd) and every time I had to go anywhere, it was a little painfull to think about the stairs. It's location in town is not the best, actually if you need to go in town you need to call a taxi if available. If you... More

Since I am working in Cambodia. I get to visit Phnom penh a lot and I have stayed more than 10 hotels but this was the worst experience so far. And yet this is the second most expensive hotel that I have visited. I did not give them a 1-star rate because they still have friendly employees and the location... More

Room is good-sized, with all the niceties. Welcome drink nice. Very good breakfast with lots of Asian/American type foods. The area is part of a 24/7 gate-secured grounds at both entrances, and some people even rent villas. We stayed here as part of Gate1 tour. Reasonably close to a lot of sights, as we walked to the palace and museum.... More

Hotel makes a really good impression. Welcome drink is very pleasant thing. Interiors are designed in elegant and cosy way. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortably furnished, equipped with all needed facilities - air condition, TV, bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries, Nice restaurant offering good breakfast buffet. Great location, in walking distance from the river and close to main connecting... More

Old fashioned and in need of modernisation. The rooms were clean and thankfully were air-conditioned. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a bit out of the city centre but a short Tuk Tuk ride takes care of that. Only ate breakfast here which was unadventurous with pastries and lots of tinned fruit. Would I stay here again – probably.

We stayed here as part of a Gate 1 tour. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and large with high cielings and a/c that works well. The rooms are well stocked and include a fridge and a safe. We walked to the palace and museum from here, but found it more fun to take a $3 tuk tuk back to the... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The staff were great and it had a nice pool and very good buffet breakfast but the rooms were pretty outdated and a lot of windows were left open throughout the hallways which allows mosquitoes to get in. Didn't meet expectations for $70 a night.

My wife and I spend an overnight here on our way to Siem Reap. Our tour company had reserved a standard room. The ASEAN Congress and Obama's visit were in progress and the hotel was fairly busy, many of the guests coming and going in diplomatic cars. Perhaps because of my handicapped status, we were sent to a 3-bedroom villa... More

Stayed here for two nights. I didn't pick this hotel. The tour group did otherwise I would've never stayed at this place. It takes them a few days to reply to emails. It can get frustrating, but they will reply. Eventually. I arranged for an airport transfer ($13 paid to driver or $14 if charged to the room) and that... More
