Perfect locations, close to CBD and diplomatic town. Recently stayed in this hotel for 3rd; alway get the room facing directly to baiterek. beautiful view. The room is large and clean. Friendly staff and quite helpfull. The breakfast is nice - great selection of meals.

A very big room and comfortable stay. Great location too as near the shopping mall and the Baiterek tower. If you have energy you can walk all the way to Khan Shatyr. The food was also very nice and a nice view at the balcony. Staff was friendly. Would stay again if i visit Astana again.

Location of the hotel is good especially if you have meetings in this part of the city. Rooms are spacious with good bed. Electric sockets are apparently connected to some of the light switches so I had to experiment with it to successfully charge the phone. Whoever the room designer was must have been depressed. brown everything--floor, walls, bed, drapes. large room-- slow internet ( free). breakfast offering was sporadic. It was close to my destination and convenient. the lobby is quite elaborate and gives false expectations of what is upstairs. its ok...not more. check all invoices as the staff can get confused.
