Our room (14) smelled of mold and cigarettes, but Hotel is well located, they were fully booked so we could not change rooms. From reading reviews other rooms must be better. OK place if your in a pinch, but i cannot recommend it more

The hotel is just outside downtown Bishkek. In the style of a Swiss ski lodge. Breakfast buffet was good and they will make evening meals on request, which were adequate. Has a lovely garden and pool area. I had a problem with lack of hot water and this proved difficult to resolve due to Russian style customer service. more
