My wife and I stayed at the Chanthapanya in December 2008. As previous reviewers have stated the hotel is clean, well built and nicely decorated with most furnishings and decoration in a dark wood. A modern hotel in a good location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast is medium size and delicious, but stick to tea if you don't like bitter Laos coffee.
