My husband and I stayed at Mixay Guesthouse in a double room - it was clean and the bathroom had hot water. Given the price and location, we had no complaints about the room itself. One of the cheapest around - 40.000 Kips for a double. Almost clean. I found an hidden message from a previous traveler - 'beds are full with flies'. It wasn't quite like this but the girl I was traveling with woke up at 3AM bitten by a bug. But again, it's one of the cheapest places :) more
