This place is right in the heart of UB, just off Peace Avenue. Zaya is such a lovely woman and knows SO much about the city. Her enthusiasm motivated and inspired us to visit so many places of interest. We could then return to a lovely clean guesthouse with powerful shower (very important in this dusty city!) and comfortable room. I'm not particularly bothered about staying in hostels full of world travellers under the age of 25 with guitars (!) so this place is good as it's quiet yet you are made to feel comfortable and valued and you can leave and return whenever you like (as long as you don't disrupt the other guests). Excellent and highly recommend. more
