This is definately attempting to be a upper end hotel in decor and service, and it doesn´t do too bad a job. We were told by our private tour company that this is the newest hotel in UB, and it would be a three-star in the U.S. , but it's probably the best in this city. No air-conditioning but you can ask for a fan. Hotel has an elevator and a small restaurant with limited hours. We were here for four nights... more

A hotel that was very good compared to my camping and buying live food to eat fresh in the forests two years ago. Third world. But it beats any Motel 6 in the states. US$50-70 for a night double. Watch what food you eat but breakfast was hearty, varied and substantial and there was coffee (brewed!). Staircases have no guard... more
