It is very clean, quiet, comfortable, famous place. Reasonable rate. Modern bathrooms. Bedrooms have hard-wood floors, new furnishings and fresh linen. We strayed for 2 nights at Zaya's whilst travelling on the Trans-Siberian. It was excellent. Zaya picked us up from the station, spoke excellent English and was most helpful pointing things out to see and giving advice on Ulan Bator.
