1st impression about this hotel his: wow..excellent! big and nice building in the middle of colombo crowded city.. The staff are friendly,but they dont know what to do with the guess,especially the waitress.they are many but very slow and lazy.soryy.. in the five star hotel like this should be the price included WiFi.BUT...they charged $15 more/day for internet. it is... more

Everything is fine except that the Indian Restaurant is only North Indian and the vegetarian choice is very limited. There is better choice at the Breakfast Buffet. more
