Well located, with multiple dining options within the hotel and nearby ( Food court in the next door shopping centre). Supermarket also next door. Excellent pool, good gym. Slightly stained carpets are a negative. Decent service. Happening lobby. Colombo autorickshaws are expensive for tourists. Hotel concierge usually indicates the inflated tourist rates, hence you should bargain for lower rates. more

We stayed here one night at the start of our tour or Sri Lanka. We had a lovely room which was very clean. The food at the hotel was very good. The staff were lovely and friendly it was a good start to our holday. more

From the moment I stepped up to the front desk to the moment of check out I was greeted and treated with superior service. Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms. I will be coming back to visit again and staying here. more

One look at the rooms, and my reaction was: "Is this place called the Cinammon Grand or the Cinammon Bland?" But, in fairness to the hotel, the rest of the facilities were really nice. Good restaurants, nice pool, friendly staff, good location. And everything was reasonably priced more
